Colona is a family business founded in 1963. The production activity of the company started from a sauce which was developed and prepared in the cellar of the family residence of its owners. The commercial activity started by making the sauce available to local butchers.

Colona, ​​4 generations later, remains strong in the industry, producing and marketing a wide range of cold sauces to the global market. All products are produced according to international food safety standards, while maintaining the traditional production process.

Today, Colona produces more than 40,000 tons of sauce per year, while its workforce exceeds 150 people. The distribution network extends to more than 40 countries offering all its customers products of excellent quality and taste.
